According to Saharareporters, the Police arraigned Kayode on a 5 count charge at the Ikeja Magistrate court, before Mrs. E Kubanje. He was granted bail conditions to the tune of N50,000 and two sureties in like sum.
However, as at 4pm on Friday, the bail conditions had not been perfected. The magistrate had also left the court as Mr. Umarudeen’s relatives were trying to perfect the bail conditions.
